So earlier this week, there was this tweet by @aproko_doctor stating that your wife is your priority and comes before any one else when you are married. There were quite some interesting comments under the tweet. I will highlight two responses and give my thoughts on this.
Sometimes the things that have brought us thus far can only take us so far and not farther. We would need to access higher wisdom to go farther. This is why periodically assessing and evaluating our lives is important. You do not want to be surprised like I was.
What I am truly about would show in what I choose to prioritize and actually fight (as needed) to make time for. My excuses so far, do not hold water and my adjustments (should) start now!
